Sorry FS, but if you're going to argue about the rules, you should follow them as well. Perhaps you should see if someone will argue your case for you instead.
Of course, I think this account has already been hit with a ban also, so I guess I'm just posting to see myself post.

The topic i created was not spam and as jason said himself complaints can be given in the mod feedback area or ombudsman channel. When i did so i got warned by DaDigi followed by a 2 week ban.
