Is there a way to become an officer if you already have already signed up for an account and would like someone to become ur commander under that account? and if so, how?

1) Find the player you want as your commander on the rankings page.
2) Click on their name (as if you were going to attack).
3) At the bottom of their stats page their should be a button that says "Make this Player my Commander" (or something similar).
4) Click this button.

Done.
