The Owned Alliance, an Outsiders perspective.

The Owned alliance is made up of 25-35 people who play this game to mass and somewhat seem to pick on members of the community who care about their wave, gloat about it on the forums and try to get a reaction out of those of whom they mass. They're main excuse for this behaviour is “It’s a war game.”

Yes, it is a war game but the manner in which they play it is indicative of bully type behaviour.

The members of the ‘Owned’ alliance are often full of offensive comments. tho we all can be like this at times this alliance in my opinion has been and still is notorious for this behaviour through-out man Quantum eras.

Personally in the past, I have received threats, flaming and unprovoked mass-ings from these people. And I have also given it all back I admit. The reactions that I received, was offensive behaviour fired straight back….But for what purpose?

No one has gained from this, except maybe the people who thrive on this behaviour. I am sure that many people in the Quantum wars community have copped or received this behaviour from the ‘Owned Alliance’ for a less then good reason. It cant only be them, but they have stood out in my opinion.

Personally, I shall not give in to people who act like this. Having said that, I am sure that everyone can be nice at times, no doubt….. This Sums up my opinion of the Owned alliance in regards to my personal experiences with them.

Reasoning for this topic? Excessive provocation from the Owned alliance, I’ve been forced to stand up for myself and that I will.


Expected Responses in terms of: For/Against.

1.Angry responses in retaliation.
2.Childish flaming.
3.Against remarks infused with childish flaming and finger pointing
4.Silly phases used to provoke attention from the community.
5.Rude remarks.
6.Ignoring this post and moving onto something else to gloat about and flame about.
7.Rapid subject change, with people to comment on the new subject created.

8.But most of all, avoiding and annoying the facts that cannot be proven otherwise at the time of publish.

#3 Funny that only a select handfull seem to feel as you do, Owned. has been around for two years, and yet only a few seem to have a problem with us like you do. There are atleast five people that I know off the top of my head that get massed more than you do by Owned., yet none of them feel the need to cry on the forums about it.

So i'm sorry that we like to have fun by massing anyone that our turns allow us to. We have our play style, you have yours, and everyone else has thier own.

The last I checked we do nothing againsts the rules. If you think we do then report your case to the admins, we have nothing to hide. You may also try using the polarized shield option. If that does not work your last options are to "deal with us" since we are apparently so abbusive and rude or QUIT.

Noticed how I said no flaming? Can you not handle and Opinionated Text layout? How is any of it different to some of the things Owned have said about other people? Am I stopping you from making the same type of thing about my alliance?. Surely its a fair post given the obvious terms.

You had me under the impression that you and your alliance is used to this form of text. And I am giving every possible incentive to make it fair.

So if you cant Handle it mate, then ignore it. Its simple.

Any reply not saying "I hate Owned. too! They massed me for no reason! whah wha wha" can be considered as a "bad" reply so until you're a mod and make it a rule saying that I can't reply to your topics you'll have to deal with opionions that are not your own :O. I'm sorry, welcome to the real world, sucks doesn't it ?

Well it takes you a few edits but you finally clean up your posts...every new paragraph having it's own color was a laughable attempt at making this a "serious topic" as you call it .

Whatever.. people 'redzone' all the time, and quite honestly, your own post was one big red zone. Then again, you'll probably redzone this too, so why bother.
Keep in mind however, that even with your great intentions (and I'm honest there, I believe your intentions are naught but good) you are misinterpreting facts to suit your argument. No problem, everyone does it, but hey, don't call others out on it if you're going to break your own rules. Always be careful with setting rules, lest you be the first to fall by them.


That said, interesting layout. Should have compromised more on the thread title though, if you ask me. Which you did not.
Enjoy your discussion.. I wonder whether you'll find an appropriate partner on this one soon or at all.

Thats your opinion. The post is more directed to owned as a whole, as an image. Not individuality.

The image of Owned is no better or worse than any alliance's. They bite back, sometimes even before you bite them? That is the intention of the game, nothing more, nothing less. How does that make them really really bad, in your eyes?

Excessive provocation whilst not being provoked them selves is bad in my eyes. Do you think one wave has caused the post lol? I'm not judging on waves basis, more a combination of waves. Fact of the matter is, No one does anything about it.
