UU, Naq bug

My Naq & UU per turn is going crazy. One turn I get about 750mil per turn and the next, I'm getting 1.3bil per turn., then it goes to some other very different amount. The same with my UU. I'm not changing anything on my account & my CO's not on to change things on his end.
What is going on?!
