when they get to my page there is no buton to make me thre comander. is it because they sometimes use my computer

Yes, you can not make someone from the samr ip address as you an officer or cammander.

if they only use it some times then they should be abill to do it once they go login from another ip address ie another computer

Why can't my friends make me there comander
