Auto bann gone bad ... again

my officer Barundin ID 96980 got hit by auto ban we need him unbanned he is a good guy has never cheated and we are half way through a project where it his his time to recive we sent naq to him and the auto bann kicked in please help admin we need to get him unbanned this is major suckage

Admin Jason is being some what of a ghost nowadays, barely reachable. I've raised my concerns to him about the gameadmin (admin Mark) but I'm not sure much action, if any, has been taken.
