It is an Anime Style webcomic...quite funny...if a bit...strange...

Called Sparkling Generation Valkyrie Yuuki...

The format is "magical girl"

With a bit of a twist...

The main character started out as a guy...

Got some interesting norse references...I already love Loki...and Thor is going to be awesome...

you can find it here...

yeah...poor little girl thought she was going to have cookies and a movie with Yuuki... :(

But I suspect she'll manage to get over it...she seems like the type that will...

On another note...

Loki = God of awesome...

Thor = God of pwn...

Now imagine the wonders of a possible...*stops talking and gets wide eyed*

No!! I won't say it!!!

The comic is ecchi enough already...and I think they'd get a kick out of that...

*begins ramming his head into a wall repeatedly*

On yet another note...in case you're wondering...I'm not typically into Magical Girl stuff...but I was looking around to see if any other Ranma 1/2 type stories were lying around the web...

I found three...one of which was this one...(also the strongest story/artwork)

The others were:

Discordia

And...

Okashina futari

Discordia isn't anime/manga style per se...but it is well drawn...even if it's a little hard to tell which dialogue to read first in a cell...also has some trouble with jumping around...makes the timeline a little hard to follow...

I should note that Discordia is NOT a comedy, it is looking to be a dark, dark tale about the Greek Goddess Eris being unleashed on Earth...hence the main male character being, for the moment...a woman

Okashina Futari (strange brothers), also is not a comedy as far as I can tell, and the art is not "technically" part of the storytelling...

It is about a pair of siblings, one a boy, one a girl; who have discovered...quite by accident...that they can change one anothers sex...and clothing...just by thinking about it...it has VERY ecchi undertones...with the sister (born girl), having an obvious attraction to her older brother (born boy)...in both forms...

This has lead to him being VERY uncomfortable as a girl, even more so than would be normal...the art is treated as separate, but part of the story, with many stills of the two transformed, as well as a couple of flash animations on the site and youtube...

One can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Gk6bH-D ... re=related , wherein the brother(while riding the train) is transformed by his sister (at home) into a bride...(music added by a fan)

....................................................................................................................................................................................

All said...I have great hopes for SGVY and possibly Discordia...

Strange Brothers could get disturbing fast though...so I'm going to be wary with that one...

tbh i was going to make a thread on Megatokyo ages ago but i wasnt sure if it would be appropriate... lol
mind you the first lot of it was quite funny and kicking rear, its settled down into a girly thing. but its still good :P

mind you most of the story is about zombies, rent-a-zilla's, otaku's and SEGA contracted hitmen... oh, and the ninjas.... lol
