AUTOBANNED - STILL!

Autobanned - due to negative naq problem. Emailed Admin.
~2 days later adminMark replied saying unbanned – IT WASN’T.
I email again – “Sorry typo on my part. You should be good to go now.” I log in but still negative naq out so was banned pretty much instantly again. Email mark again with no response after another 24 hours or so.
Already lost about 5-6tril in lost income/farming as well as UU losses.
Come on admin STEP UP FOR ONCE! This happens a stupidly high number of times and is just displacing long time supporters of the game.
Remove the stupid autoban script for negative naq. Has it ever done any good? NO!
All it has done is ban legit users of this site for going on what 2-3 months now.
Its pathetic that you treat users like this, who supports this game and have done now for 3 years? You? No it’s the users you are now banning and leaving banned for days, as you are to lazy to look into this and do something about it, could have been resolved long ago by removing the script. Not like dozens of users haven’t suggested it now is it?
