Accidently set peace then declared all relations to war.

Basically I think this is a possible loop-hole I don't know if I was the first or if it has been seen done before but what happened is...
My Computer burped and forced me to accidentally click set peace on someone I was trying to take a planet from. So I thought I might give it a try and I declared All out War with them. Including my two officers and myself. That somehow overlooked my Declare peace which is supposed to be 24hours before I could change to neutral or war. It was maybe 5 Minutes after I declared peace I was able to attack them again for the planet.
I don't know if this should be able to be done. Or if this is a tiny glitch that I happened to find. All I know is that it probably was not intended to happen. If I don't make sense in my post I can walk a Mod through the process that I took.
