Is there a way to turn off the flood control in the spam temple? It's a serious impediment to my ability to show newer spammers their place. Atm, I'm only getting about two post for every one of theirs and I can do so much better than that.

yeah, i think this would be an ok thing to disable just for the temple.... if it can be done.

Agreed. Using multi-moderation it's no problem to merge-mass posts, should someone get it into their skull to try and milleniuple post (yeah.. 1000 times!).

I only ask because I swear the flood control hit me between five and ten times today. Once twice in a row

It's something that is possible to alter the permissions within just the one forum. However, I'm not exactly certain that Bazsy or Smooshable will agree it is something that needs doing as it can cause some issues.

I altered the settings a bit, but not more than what is required for security reasons. If you still run into flood limit you might be a hard case:D

now the question to add here with the ability to post more frequently in the spam section what detrimental performance effects will this have on the forum?
