Planets per day dropped

I used to make 65,2 mill planets per day.
My fleets remained constant at 165k
I just raised my Outward Charisma from 636 to 638 and guess what...
Cosmic Expansion Rate 64,567,200 planet / day
please explain...

is your armysize above 2billion?
if so you are hit by the size cap and your CER on your base page displays the adjusted percentage.
on your introspection it will display your actual CER
I have 114mill CER total but only receive about 68mill/day

p.s. on your training page where you buy fleets you will see just below there information about the cap and what % of your CER you receive.
p.p.s as I'm TJP based and your FUALL I demand a payment of 5 trillion main naq for such valuable information.

Note: When your total realm size exceeds 2 billion planets, your rate of growth slows...
You are currently growing at 95.03 percent of full capacity...This affects just new planet finds, not current planets.
