It's kind of sad that the numbers are dropping.

I use to remember 1000+ players online.

Maybe we could do something about this

by spreading the game a bit. I would

like to see more newer players taking some

Old School players.

I remember when you could log in and no one else would be online.

mate you have to check long term

1000+ is ussually if soemthing is wrong or a major war etc

Farming back then was hitting anyone with more than a couple of million though, I would say 'out' but since we didn't have banks there was nowhere else for your Naq.

i dont think this game will ever get more popular.. unless it resets or somehting lol..

people dont wanna start something in which they will have to compete people that have been playing for 3 years already...

It was 2 yrs ago if i'm right that I use to see 1000+ players online.

I actually thought about this the other day. I see three easy things people could do to help it flourish again.

1) Promote the game. Easy enough.

2) Instead of bashing someone in and considering them noobs, teach them. Will massing someone at a low level do anything except make them quit?

3) Pay attention to the welcome to the forums part. Would 2 seconds of some of the more respected players saying hi and how can i help get you started really be so terrible?

Like Mato said you have to think long term. Seeing it a few times doesnt mean it occurred every day. Events happen sometimes such as wars where large numbers of people come on resulting in that.

The only time i saw it above a 1000 was when the server went down a few months at the begginning of the server war. Then everyone came on at once.

Just to add on to what Azarak said, the numbers need to be kept that high, all the time, atm its only 350-600, maybe if forum invested in more banner adds? like those ones you always see for cheap world of warcraft gold lol or that dragon slayer, im sure that wouldnt hurt.

I have seen 1200+ players on-line before, I think it was after the server crashed for several hours and everyone was trying to get in

Usually between 400 and 700 when I check

I've seen as low as 320. Thats just sad
