AdminMark, please have a look at the following accounts:

id = 1903716
SeanGotAGun on the Forums is formerly Shuggy123. He plays the account ~Shuggy123~ id 23996.
Which has just come off from vacation mode after a few days of being on it and apparently gone straight on to PPT.
I have it on very good authority that Shuggy is also playing Timbad id 1927192. I will not reveal sources here, but if Admin Mark needs to know that he can ask me.
Shuggy (or Sean) uses the email sean_|1992@hotmail.com and
whatevermingerloserwannabesexualyouknowit@hotmail.co.uk
The email sean_|1992@hotmail.com was reported in June on the forums for scamming.

You will notice in that thread that it mentions his name on MSN was Renz.
Many will remember Renz as being Renegade7 and he was brokering people with dodgy brokers, i.e. brokering someone 750,000,000 (750m) for 1m uu instead of 750b in the hope they wouldn’t notice.

Shuggy posted in this thread pretending that he had also been a victim of Renegade7, note his forum account in that thread is now named TheBlackout.
So, keep in mind what Renegade7 was doing to people.
Timbad had been mentioned on the forums twice (however the second thread from today has been closed): viewtopic.php?f=90&t=119056&hilit=timbad
This thread above shows that PraetorianXXI was scammed by Timbad.
The second thread that has now gone was basically saying that Timbad had tried to set up a broker in the same way that Renegade7 used to. If the person that created that second thread reads this then feel free to get in touch if you wish to provide me with details of the trade with Timbad.
Both ~Shuggy123~ and Timbad accounts are active.
Snoopy™ id 1930764 was created by Shuggy123 shortly after his original account got banned for cheating. The account appears inactive, however it doesn’t change the fact it belongs to him.
Penagall id 1937071. I was informed that Sean is or was a member of the Vis Dominor Asgard alliance, however I was not given a name of the account. Through a search of the names the only one that looked familiar that was previously reported was Penagall.

This is possible that it is linked.
Sgw1 id 1903716 is again mentioned in this thread:

I suspect that Shuggy raided this account after scamming nomis_17 out of 5m uu. This would mean it isn’t a multi account, however admin would be able to see who mass raided the account at that time and where the resources went after that if they did.
So basically I believe with certainty that both accounts ~Shuggy123~ id 23996 and Timbad id 1927192 are played by the same person, SeanGotAGun.
