Pergatory hard-caps

the pergatory limits are getting silly again and this time it needs to be fixed correctly. currently the auto-kick is just over 51mil army size...this is too high.

pergatory needs to be hard-capped. I propose that the hard-cap limits set upon pergatory are:
Entry maximum: 25mil
Auto-kick: 35mil

These limits prevent the small players that are sitting in pergatory to try to build their accounts, so that they can actually compete in main, to be able to actually advance. As it is there are LOTS of players in pergatory that are feeding on these helpless, smaller players that are trying to ascend or build their accounts to ascend. So i think fixing the caps, and turning them into non-moving caps, would solve this problem. If the auto-kick limit is any higher than 35mil it will be useless

Another thing that i feel should be implemented for ALL pergatory players is that they can not hold maximum turns. This ensures that players are not just going to pergatory to become completely inactive. We already have something for inactives...its called vacation mode.

Proposal:
Any player in pergatory who has maximum turns on their account for more than 24 hours will be auto-kicked to main.

perg needs some inactives for the raiders in perg, sure have inactives moved into main at some point but i think a longer time span is needed

if you are sitting inactive in perg in the time needed to go from zero turns to max turns, which will be 5,000 soon, you have been there more than long enough.

I agree - perg is (the way I see it) supposed to be a *safe* place for small, new ppl. I think many ppl forget how a new account look. For a new account the 1 mil army size mark is a big thing, and for them a 35 mil account is about the same as a 3.5 bil account to a 100 mil account.

I don't think it'd be possible to make it really *safe* for them, unless there'd be several realms, each with its own army limits, which would be outright silly, but surely a hard cap would help. After all - the new ppl start with a hard cap of "very small".
