income bug

I have some problem with income. My turn income decline from 10,5 bll to 7,8 bll.
I'm in circle.
No one in the circle dosen't have nox or critical.
Their income didn't change.
What the hell ??

Ok so you're in a circle with 6 other people.
Have they all definitely told you their income hasn't decreased?
Have any of them lost any income planets?

it cause some one goes on crit nox and changes income of the next person only way to fix it is the person come off crit nox and there officer log in
