I saw The Dark Knight last week and just have to say... BRILLIANT!

The incredible acting on Heath Ledgers behalf only makes the whole tragedy of his death even sadder.

I think I like this movie more than the last batman movie. This one scared me more though. The Joker was pretty damn creepy. Everything about that character was frightening. He did an awesome job at transforming himself into a freak.

9.5 out of 10 for me. More Christian Bale close up's would have pushed it to a 10

I saw it last night, I only have 1 thing to say about it.

That movie is a god among movies!

Have to say....genuinely the best film ive ever seen as far as im concerned. I love film and have seen sooooo many and loved soo many, but this has just pushed SW epIII/V for Vendetta off my number 1 spot.

If I didnt sell my flag sig of the Joker to our newest forum member then id have been waving the Joker around myself.

Heath deserves his oscar. and like Nuto says, only makes the death far more tragic.

I don't know about you, but when that whole "finding the cash in the ship" thing happened, and they caught Joker, I thought that was the end of the film. Steve and I even turned to each other as if to say "wow, that was a great movie!" Oh how wrong we were... The movie went for a good 2 and 1/2 hours! Usually by then, people are bored and tired of a movie, but no one in that cinema was ready to leave. The fact that Heath Ledger is in it for the last time ever, anywhere, people wanted to see as much as him as they could.

It's just sad

Worst movie i've ever seen. I almost got into a fight with the theater manager trying to get my money back. I settled for 24 packs of Mike an Ikes.

Apparently noone else shares that opinion that this movie was bad.
God the scene with the truck and cables, that was epic ownage!
The pencil scene was good one too, ownage speaking.

btw...did anyone noticed that actor playing mayor in Black Knight = Richard in Lost (or I am blind?)

And that the guy in the bank firing at The Joker= actor from Armaggedon and also Agent Malone from Prison Break?

well i did enjoy it, but i would not describe it as the best movie ever and stuff like that. Heath Ledger was very good, i would say Oscar good, but the rest did not make such impression on me. the story was too conventional to be in category of " best ever", i expected something more... to sum it up 8/10 from me.

It was a good movie, though not on my "best ever" list either. Two-Face's lines were just too straight and centered, made it a little too much fantasy for me.

Heath Ledger played his heart out - I've seen very little acting of such quality before.

I loved it. One of the best new films in a good while.
