No Mass Pacts from war

I gave the alliances Owned. warred a few weeks to recover with no mass pacts.
All such pacts now cease to exist.
Long story short, if you anger an Owned. member in any way, I've just given them the okay to mass you.

Threat, MI has barely done anything, except farm and mass token defenses. We have yet to rebuild ANYTHING major since I declared server war 2 months ago.
If you want to thank someone for removing our original defenses and getting us down far enough so you COULD mass the majority of us thank Omega and DoC.

Thank High Empty and Geisha more, Nitro didnt do anything untill a day after the war with Omega was over and violated the cease fire which is why he is no longer in Omega.
