Attention Mods.

Due to the recent removal of a past thread, without notification of the Ombudsman. A new rule is now in place. The only person to mod and/or alter/move/edit(short of abusive or sexual language, as everyone should fix that) should be the ombudsman.
To clarify.
1. The Ombudsman should be the only person to moderate the Ombudsman's Corner. This is to prevent abuse and removal of threads posted to complain about moderators.
