I have been suspended...

...and I am under investigation. There is no reason for that, so I would like to know why.
I was raiding a little this morning and suddenly I couldnt, because of rank cap. So I checked the rank it was set to 0.
When I logged out in order to try to log in, I received a message that I am suspended (which I was expecting, just wanted to check it)
So I would like to know the reasons. Possibly from admin, possibly from the one who reported me (Im not blaming anyone, there many reports on cheaters and not all are true, so someone might make a mistake in my case, too)
If you have any questions why my account acted in the way, that it could be banned, I can always provide answers. Evidence of me not being a cheater can be given, too and not only by myself.

It would greatly assist Admin if you provided your ID.
I suspect it was the autoban that kicked in rather than someone reporting you.

Unfortunately I dont know my ID. I have been playing only for few weeks, without SS (was bought only this morning) so I coudlnt trade and thats why I didnt see the necessity to remember my ID. All I know that it was somewhere around 190k..

I assume by your sig that you are in Aeon Kings? If that is the case, then try speaking to the Leader or 2iC and they can look at the member list and you should be in that list even though you are banned.

Also, if you have a CO or Officers then your ID can be gotten that way. If you do let me know and I'll look them up for you.

OK, so my ID is 1940442..thats all I can provide for now.
Can you tell me why should I be suspended? If its automated, then OK, but Im not aware of the fact, that I have done anything to be considered as cheating and that is why I was quite surprised when I found myself suspended...

Did you notice any negative naq? Or were you playing your account with more than one browser window?

Nope. I only had two tabs open: attack and armory. Is what I do all the time when farming/raiding. No negative naq, since I was repairing on the go and needed it all the time...

BTW I always put a lot of same numbers when I want to take everything out of the bank (not puting exact amount, its easier to press a number and hold it) and this never happened to me. I guess Ill have to be more carefull next time...thanks again...edit: this can be locked now, I guess
