Csilla being the word for "star" (as in the Star Wars planet of that name?), and kapu being "gate".. (I have a "g" leftover.. should that one be added to Csilla?)

Anyway, that explanation sounds reasonable. ;)

Yes, "Csillag" with G is the star, mate ;) "Kapu" is gate.

ööö.. I don't know Star Wars exactly.. sorry. :D But it's "Csillagok háborúja".
BTW "Csilla" is a female name in Hungary, maybe the translators called the planet after that, ask some hungarian Star Wars fans - but how do you know that? :D

Well.. it's within reason that the site would be called stargate.hu in Hungarian.. :)

Csilla (the planet) seems to have been called after Hungarian Csillag rather than Csilla as a female name, or so a friend of mine tells me. ;)

I like Hungarian. It's complicated at first glance, yet not really when you look at it closer. :D

Reschef: I love the Chiss. Blue skin, red eyes, works for me. :P

That it certainly does. I think I'll skip the http://www.csillagkapu.hu/ site - my gift for languages is basically non-existent. :D
