As said.. it is Jason's admin account; jtestAll is the alliance of J's test accounts.
Simple as that.

Well lets not forget the Jtest account has gotten owned repeatedly through the years as well. I beleive High Empty got Jason to put it on permanent ppt at one time LOL

It's admin's account, yes. It's on perma Poor Pathetic Times (=PPT)
Tho, I loved descending him on ascension way back then...
And yes, declared war on him in hope I can give him proper spanking, should he ever leave Poor Pathetic Times...

I once accidentally brokered him for a naq transfer, fortunately he didn't accept. I remember a time when the jtest alliance could be seen in the alliance rankings, with an exceptional amount of power.
