It all depends how much you and zaph have in the bank...Seeing as the crit bug has been disabled, and the top 4 have reasonably close incomes, noone can really get a big naq boost from now.
i would set mine as:
danuboy
zaph or HE
zaph or HE
hippy
knight
and alliances:
crazy chickens
owned
omega
..yes dread, i think he can get omega to 3rd...presuming he has enough in his bank to get lvl 28 AC

Yes he can get 3rd rather easy...ETL used to get Omega to rank 1 mainly on his own...

i've been informed that Danuboy is going to take 3rd hippy.
he doesn't have the naq reservses to get to 60 tril in strike and defence.. ( Note to all He'll be watching you unbank!)

As for bank sizes I'd guess Zaphor at 18t and HE at 13t
