I am a Daimon and personally, it sucks. You lose twice than an ordinary player would. I am speaking for every Daimon in main to be given another chance to start off. Most Daimons did not really know the consequences of becoming a Daimon. Most of them just thought it was just a get away ticket to descension. I am suggesting that perhaps there is something you could do to become back a System Lord, Ancient, Nanotech, or Tollan so anyone who regretted becoming Daimon can do so and make it more fun for SGW gamers.

Here are a couple of suggestions for reversing Daimon:

Option A.)
- Pay 10k Glories and 100x Raw UP

Option B.)
-Pay Twice the Amount for ascension (ex. 2x RawUP, Naq, etc)

Option C.)
- An ascending Account will give his/her ascension to a Daimon

After this, the Daimon will go back to their previous race and have a new ascesion account.

(ex. an LG Daimon will go back to an LG Tollan)

If it sucks, you made a bad choice.. sell your acc to an aspiring sucker and buy a new one.

So it was used to not be descended. And you want a way to switch to something else with no real penalty. Per say should go back to when you switched and be desended there or something.

I mean people chose this to avoid one issue. Now they find a new issue and want another choice to avoid it. LOL.

This is an option for every daimon to either go back to their race back or to stay as a daimon as they wish. I'd like all to realize that I want SGW to have more fun for everybody and giving everybody to have another chance to start over. I believe everybody deserves a second chance.

It is my understanding that you can simply switch to a base race and ascend once again if you choose to. You have an option out if you wanted it, so you can do that route.

I just though a similar procedure is already in place? Just not with the whole full restoration part..

This is correct, do a race change to a basic race, and start ascending all over again.

I agree Daimons as a race were given far to severe a drawback to be a viable/playable race.

Descending yourself will not only banish you from this realm, but will make you a Daimon. A Daimon is a race unto itself, between those on the human plane, and those ascended. You will exist only in the mortal plane of existence, using your Ascended weaponry, but without the ascended blessing, and only half of the normal bonuses or strengths associated with being allied to a truly Ascended God.
It is a one-way process...you can NOT come back, without re-ascending.
In the mortal realm, you can also revert to complete mortality if you wish...

ARE YOU SURE THIS IS WHAT YOU WISH TO DO?

it's all well enough explained imo, also in red you can see game let's you know you can't come back unless you ascend again

I've heard that if you change race to an unascended race from a "normal" LG+1, and you re-ascend, you jump back to LG+1. I don't know if it is true or not, and whether it applies to Daemons or not. Can anyone confirm or deny this? If true it should make the route back to an Ascended race much easier for the Daemons.

Are there any of those Daemons left who changed their race BEFORE the double losses update came into effect? I agree that they took a silly chance, but I don't think they expected any penalty to be THAT severe.

Personally.. I think you are asking the wrong person since I have ascended at least 12 times Ascending doesn't take that long anyways, but it will take at least 12 weeks now. That is more or less 3 months worth of time. You can still do other things while you are 'ascending'. It's not like your whole life is put on hold until you can ascend back to 6x.

What Horus God Of Light said honestly. You were warned about the penalties and it seems like you wanted to 'test drive' the race more than live with it.

The penalty was there from the birth of the race was it not?

Yes many people just want to play 1 game on 1 server but jason seems to dislike the idea. We asked for techs for unascended to have WEAKER, but comperable weapondry, but Jason decided double losses a better idea. IDK why. I think its a bit harsh myself.
