Attack/Trade Bug?

At 10:40(game time) my trade was rejected. I had around 700 minutes to claim it. At 11:26 (game time) the game was down for me. However i got hit for all the naq. How did i get hit, if i never claimed the money in the 700 minutes i had to do it, and the game was down for me.
