It seems after the update yesterday my account will not login

How can Admin know you are who you say you are? Wouldn't it be much simpler to use the "Forgot password" button on the main login page? After all, no offence meant, but it would be easy to create a mutli forum account, post such a msg, and try to get access to an account in this way.
I'd suggest that you mail admin from the mail account that you used to register, which will allow admin to confirm that you are the owner of your account. It might be more painless than trying to convinse him/her from the forum.

Thanks & I did try the remind me login which was not working 100% the admins with in a few minutes sent the username to the registered email addy

The should have your ID on the command page easy to find

It may be easy to find, but it's just polite to provide THEM with your own ID so they don't have to go looking for it.
