Alliance income bug...

sure its decreasing our naq by 1% each turn. but how come alliance bank is still at zero?
Alliance: (cost 1% income)
Alliance Bank: 0

I just posted about this.... but something different...
My bank IS actually growing, but I dont think it should be. I thought it was only for alliances that have 5 or more members, and mine only has me.
Maybe they got it around the wrong way?
