Hello,

I changed my email to zaclegendusher@hotmail.com but my password was not sent to me, why did i not get my password and every time i request it wont send.

you must not have typed in your email correct.

no the email is right, because my bro tried to change the email on his account to the one i typed in, it says its in use. So I am not getting the password sent to me

That email is already registered and used.

thats on my bros account, so i know the email I put was right

Herebegames.com is no longer sending notifications of any sort, so it is unlikely that you'll find anything in spam boxes.

Well I received notifications for pms until yesterday...didn't got pm today so I don't know.

yes i checked both, just not getting it, so i emailed urgent few minutes ago lets see if they can get me my pass

oh i also hit request password through the forgotten password thing, it says email sent, but did not get email so not sure whats going on

something is up though, because it saying it sent to the email, and i am not getting it. I know it the right email because i used request game password by email. i just am not getting the email. If i email the admins can they give me the pass?

I still could use help please, it still has not emailed my password, and it says it the right email I'm just not getting the password sent to my email it's strange.

Have you tested this Forum and ingame theory?

Because I still receive notifications from the forum, and I just tested the ingame 'Forgot Password' by giving my email address and I received the email instantly.

yes, my forum email is the same as my ingame email
