Raiding Bug? Rank Bug?

Recently, a member we are fighting against in the war came off PPT with 900K UU out. So I had a few friends of mine raid him.. they got this;
My friend was raiding at 900K UU and was only getting 7.5K -> 9.7K per hit.
He was also raided down to 344K and each 15 AT's were giving 2.7K.
So I ask, is this bugged? Or was it purposely put into the game?
Also, rank is bugged. Nobody has moved in ranks.

Indeed, admin made a oopsie. I ascended two hours ago and am still unranked lol.

Hopefully this gets fixed.
Along with the people not being able to return from vac mode.
ALONG WITH THIS DAMN LAG! AHHH! It has cost me over 2T now!

Rank is BUGGED0 attack power -> Attack rank abot 7k -> total rank about 2.5k!!
It should be total rank about 8k :]
Can`t reach my farms!!! FIX IT ASAP plz..

Also seems damage to strike has increased when raiding - but again, I don;t know if this is an intended update or a bug?

We will just have to wait and see how this all plays out, but there is noway that this can stay this way. Raiding is completely destroyed otherwise..

Not really either people will start to let farms build up more uu or the price of turns will drop or both.
