how can i send to an officer more naquadah than the tax rate per officer?

If you have ss you can send your officers naq via a straight forward transfer, or if ou dont have ss you can send them untrained mercenaries for them to sell, but that means you make quite a loss.

To get this you must donate either 20$ or 50$ (the 50$ has some bonus features as well). Once you pay then when you click on a players ID at the bottom of the page it should ask you if you would like to give this user some Untrained Units, Attack Turns or Naqduadah...
