1 units left your realm, travelling to the lands of *****. It is reported that only 0.99 showed up. You curse the deserters!

How is it possible that .99 of a person show up. He lose his foot or something?

Small bug but still one.

1% disappears so therefore it's still doing the calculation of 1% which would leave .99% remaining.

It's not a bug.
