It has come to my attention recently that some random guy named Mryihan may be using a dual account. I'll start from the top...

First of all, this guy randomly masses me, which doesn't really matter to me. Although afterwards, he and a mysterious account named Puishyt help him take my planets. I found this very suspicious.

Puishyt's account seems very questionable. He has nothing but an MS with fleets. He has no attack, defense, or COVERT. The part I found most troubling was that, since he had no covert, there would be no way for him to spy me and my planets, therefore there would be no way for him to choose me, a person 30,000 ranks above him, and suddenly take my planet with the lowest defenses on them. The fact that he took my lowest defense planet made me wonder.

Overall he and this second account took two of my planets at times very close to each other. They continued to take my lowest defended planets. However another event turned up.

If he was using dual accounts, he must have been pretty smart to deal with what I would see in my logs. I checked my SGW just about at 11:06, and no attacks had occurred. However, the next morning, I found that he and the second account took my planets. Mryihan took one of my planets, and puishyt took my next lowest defended one. However, Mryihan's attack was put in the form of, "Aug. ___, 2008," and puishyt's attack was shortly after. This means he might have attacked me with his main account before 12:00, to perhaps avoid suspicion that the two accounts were related.

For another argument, I have copied a log, so that it would not turn into "Aug ___, 2008".

Another reason why I believe this guy is multi-ing is the change in attack. As you can see, he does 1.150 billion damage in one attack that I defended. Two minutes later, he returns with 2.341 billion damage, barely enough to take my planet. I assume that some, "refueling" went on. And with 1.5 million miners, I do not believe that he has enough bank capacity or enough raw income to increase his damage by such a large margin to take my planet.

So in conclusion, I would request the admins to check if any messages have been sent between these two, and if any trading has been involved; as this would be key evidence in the decision to ban or not to ban these accounts. If there were no communication between these two, and if trades have happened, chances are that the two are the same person.

try messageing both, and check the reply times from them see if both come on and check at exact same time. But from what you have said it seems like a normal occurance of a person helping a friend

Hey Minty, sorry to hear about your planets man.

The thing you mentioned about covert.... he may not have had any spies at the time, but its easy to train them and then untrain them after you have spied on somebody. I do that a lot, and untrain most of them before logging off. Its a strategy to reduce losses if somebody attacks you when you are offline.

I must admit its kinda weird for him to have no attack or defence, if its an unascended account, which I'm assuming it is.

First off I am not saying he isn’t a multi as he quite possibly could be but you haven’t exactly helped your case by making silly assumptions. You have just picked ideas to suit your theory of being a multi without actually thinking about it first.

Oh yes he failed first time and then built more – What is wrong with that? Lots of people do it, so does that make them a multi? I think not.

“barely enough to take my planet “ LOL - I only ever build enough fleets that are needed to take the planet. If a planet has a 20bil def I will build one slightly bigger – why build one that’s 80bil? It is just a waste of naq and isn’t needed.

Just cause he came back a few mins later with a bigger fleet strength doesn’t mean much, as obviously if you want a planet you don’t take first time, then you will come back with a larger one to take it wont you? Large margin – I am sorry 1.1bil IS NOT a large margin.

u have any evidence supporting that fact? Its not abnormal for people to coordinate attacks on msn...

All I wanted to see what if the admins could check to see if any messages were sent over SGW, or if any trades have been done.

Knight, I said it's unlikely, not it could not happen. Obviously I would have no evidence for the fact that they could be conspiring over MSN. However that is not exactly what I was asking/looking for.

Also to az, with the small size of his bank it seems unlikely also that he could upgrade his fleets "by such a large margin." I meant that, would it be possible to upgrade his fleets to such a size without having a larger bank, therefore enforcing the fact that someone else may have been involved. With 1.5 mill lifers I'm not sure if that would be possible. If someone could do the math, that'd be helpful as I don't have much time to do these things.

Keep in mind, also he would not have the ability to see my planet's defenses, therefore how could he have known how many fleets to build? That brings up slug's point also. I also doubt that he would have enough raw income to A) train enough spies to see my planets and train them back, and B) build those fleets. Not to mention the fact also that I am only one in... what is it, maybe 10-20k people (maybe more) with 10 planets. Why would he pull through so much trouble to get only my weakest planet, instead of targeting a weaker account with maybe 1-5 (less defended) planets?

I'm not saying that he's a possible multi because he built enough fleets to take my planet, I'm saying he is a possible multi for not having the resources to build enough fleets to take my planet. If there was no way he could have seen my planets in the first place, and if there was no type of communication visible, then I believe it is reasonable to think he is a multi.

My request of the admins was not a direct ban of him yet, but to see if the messages were there, and if there were any suspicious trades between them. Believe me, I had to wait 3-4 days for the activation of my account; I have had time to think carefully about my arguments

I am not doing this because I am worried about my account, but more so that there is another possible exploiter of the rules out there that should be gone. Even if he seems sort of questionable, why not report him anyway, just to make sure?

This report netted 22 multy accounts all banned
