mothership fleet/shield /volly bug

i think i have a bug with my mother ship i cant fill my shield/volly/fleet
to the max limmit i think it may be part of the new update for exra spaces i have updated the cargo holds

I've noticed a different bug (at least I think it's different, but it could be related, or even be the same bug...), but it is also about the mothership weapons, shields, and fleets. I can fill their capacities to full, but it seems like by the next turn they are all depleted some (even if I have not been in any combat whatsoever that whole turn). I assume this has something to do with the capacity tech update.

I have had same bugs as reported here + another one.
I can refill my fleets HIGHER than my max by 1 XD

The problem that I've encountered is that every time I try to fill my MS up to capacity it just shows me the same totals I had before I tried to make the purchase. I've checked to make sure I have enough naq to make the purchase and thats not been an issue.

i ascended after the updates and i added the extra onto my MS. i ascend again and they are still there. i think i bought 2 upgrades to 6%

Maximum Volley Capacity 22,680
Energy Shields Generators 14,419
Maximum Shield Capacity 19,039
Capacity Upgrades
Your Mothership Tech Upgrades provide a 0% increase in the maximum units that can be held in weapon/shield/hanger bays
i haven't bought any upgrades this time around. i can't build up my Shields. the only way at the moment is by increasing capacity.

mine happened when i bought my 5th ms tech podvolley wont fill up by 1.
