I think they're ori, tollah, anja and something else? i hear tollah gets you attack and income boost, i think, hope i don't got that backwards. anyways, what are they?

That is told to you when you chose just before you ascend.
If i remember correctly ascended people are prohibited from giving away any info on ascention to unascended users, except which is found in rules.

So not sure how much help you will get.

No worries mate, ascended has been opened to the general public, all information can be passed freely. The information is on forums somewhere, I'm just to tired to look it up, and its been to long to remember.

Though i am afraid i don't remember too much so i also won't be much help answering the question.

Jason finally decided he wanted people to actually play ascended, so he opened the forums to the public.

The bonuses refer to the number of 'power-ups' you recieve when you begin your ascended account.

You will recieve so many Ascension Points (which can be converted into life force cache, and then spent on power-ups) that it really wont matter which race you pick, to be perfectly honest with you.

Heres a suggestion.... How about scrapping the current racial bonuses for ascended accounts (since they are pointless), and come up with something new? (and offer a free, no-strings race change)

Yeah, but arent all the races kinda pointless? I mean, they're all the same arent they? Except I recently heard Ori have cheap attack weapons, and some other race have cheap defence weapons... Maybe the other 2 have some kind of bonus too...

All I know is, I dont have cheap weapons of any kind, and I dont see any kind of other bonuses. And the 30 or so power-ups you get when you first start are kinda dumb considering how much cache you get to spend... so why not do away with the 30 power-ups, and come up with something different.

Perhaps each race could have 5% discount to 2 or 3 power-up types?

NO slugthing, much more than that has to change in ascension to make it fun.

Personally i like the fact that your race doesn't matter. That way you can just pick the name you like best

But Ascension IS fun, and very useful too.

You can descend ppl and make them weaker in main.

Pretty cool I'd say.

Useful Yes, FUN.. not so much, kinda boring really (needs a market)

It shouldnt be too similar to main.

The ascended server is a much more 'cut-throat' environment. Massive unit growth/production, heavy losses, the ability to kill/neutralize an enemy account, power-ups/unit deployment leading to exponential stat action.

I think these are all combine to make a good side-game.

ascension player market would make it loads better imo
