(note: if you total population size is greater than 368,767,123 disease will surely strike your lands. Above 276,575,342 and raiding is no longer possible. Above 184,383,562 and trading/buying units no longer possible. Pergatory is not accessible above 36,876,712)
The amount is dinamic and grows over time.
