alliances in war are very sensitive about this issue, especially the big ones.

this brings me to formally ask permission from those alliances to vulture them.

by giving me permission, you forfeit the right to retaliate against me through massing, ACing and sabbing.

No one forfeits the right to mass, AC, or sabb you for any reason. Could just be they don't like your antlers

what i meant was, if you give me permission to vulture, then you can't retaliate because of my vulturing because you gave me permission.

surely the alliacnes in server war would like others to take their resources before the enemy could right?

THEN GIVE us, the people not in war, not in any alliance to benifit from this and also help you guys out at the same time..

we can take ur resources before ur enemies can, making u stronger and them weaker

Well keep in mind that both sides have active farmers farming their own members. So your still cutting into our own profits.

I'd say each alliance to their own, I'm sure some do it, and some dont.

lolz good idea. the people that would sign up for this that are in war would be hurting the enemy by not having naq available for them to take, and it would help the ones doing the taking lol. note this should only be limited to naq hits: raiding would get pretty out of hand

Why would people give permission to be farmed when they aren't being hit anyway?
