Suspicious Account Activity

Account ID #2 = 23527
48 hours ago, I found these two ID's with 14million UU out, and 21million UU out respectively. I was waiting for the roll over to hit them, and within 10 seconds of each other, they both hit PPT. I thought that odd, but was willing to wait and watch. 47 hours later, they still hadn't trained their UU, so i was content to watch them, maybe if they messed up again. Low and behold, 2 minutes before their PPT ended, they BOTH moved all of their UU from being UU, to regular attack soldiers. Their account set up is almost identical, and their log times are very very close. Would just like a glance to them.
