Why am I losing Naquadah from my Alpha Site?

For some reason, every turn I am now losing 22 for some unknown reason! Can someone please explain it to me please?

Is your bank (Alpha Site) full? If it is too full, it will leak out some each turn.

ehm i'm sure you did notice it looking a bit different than it should be in the left toolbar

At one time overbanking was heavily exploited, and this was the means admin put in place to curb it.
