Mothership Effeciency still has bugs

Let's say i have mothership efficiency level 5, if it really matters, and it shows my maximum shield or nano-volley power at 1850, i can only buy 1849, if i try to buy one more shield or volley, it won't do anything, it was fixed once, but then i upgraded my mothership efficiency and my volley and shield size and it doesn't work anymore.

THIS IS STILL NOT FIXED!!!
Mother ship efficiency level 5, when trying to install one weapon i get this message: "Problem with requested weapon amount. You tried to get: 1 and max capacity left is: 1 (based on max of 4407.95 with 4407 already in place)? with weapons capacity 3,833 (4,408), great idea by the way with that message, very informative.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAN WE GET THIS BUG FIXED!!!???

It is not a bug.

It is a rounding issue.

Live with it or buy more techs.

P.S. The same rounding issue exists in UU. I don't see you complaining about that. :shock:

i raid most of my NEW units :O, plus, mine must be rounding right, cause i don't remember seeing different numbers for uus in a while, my friend still has it, he says he gets this error too: Problem with requested shield amount. You tried to get: 1 and max capacity left is: 1 (based on max of 3732.96 with 3732 already in place)

it should be fixed, i'd call it a bug, and most languages have a round function, i didn't think it wouldn't be so much to ask, and if not that there is usually a char function that returns the character of a selected index, just run a loop that find the decimal, goes one more and compares whether or not it is >= 5, if so, trim end from the period and add one to the new integer, that's the long way, but most languages have round, sometimes a ceiling or floor, but i was hoping it would at lest show one less in the capacity if it was going to restrict you.

Sorry if you disagree, i won't mention it any more however, if you insist.

the game uses a round function, that's why you can't buy that extra 1 weapon

it's called floor()

um, yea, it's pretty obvious he don't have anything close to 100k of anything on his MS... :P
