black market down?

i just tried using the black market but couldnt get through. i was just wondering if anyone else heard of having this problem. i tried two different cards to no avail. i know thye work because i used them earlier today. if it is then does anyone know when it will reopen. im in a war and wanted to do some upgrades.....

no way can forum black market be down unless whole forums are down.
i was kinda scratching my head asking myself how forum black market can be down... i guess my question has been answered.

hmm... this is not an issue that the forum moderators can deal with... thus this belongs in bugs... thus it is moved there...

the only message im getting is: (Unable to process your order at this time (0)..... as i said i know the cards are good. is there a limit on how many times you can use the market within a period of time? (outside of the PPT limit i already know of)

AFAIK the only limit is the amount of resources it says is available on the screen.

I get that sometimes when I am neq a certain amount and try to use black market....or like when I try to buy naq for the 3rd for another 50 dollars same things goes with the miners.

well i tried a few times and still got the same result. i called the cards to make sure and they arent near the limit so idk. i hope it doesnt come all at once....lol that would really stink to get all the charges later.
especially if im not online....
oh well ill wait a few days and try again. thanks to all for responding.
