Someone hit me for earlier and my defense did nearly twice the damage that it actually was...

Attack defended 15 1 0 13,496,832,000 *,***,440,000 details

My defense at the time was no where close to that. Also just to add, my strike on my MS did not add any extra power to the defense...

[spoiler]**** uses its Nuclear Volley to inflict *,***,500,000 damage, destroying 23 Soul Shields on The Mist!
The Mothership has exhausted all of its offensive power.

The Mist uses its Ghost Volley to inflict 606,950,000 damage, destroying 4 Energy Shields on ****!

The Mothership has exhausted all of its offensive power.

So my question is, where did the extra power come from and is it a possible bug?

This has only happened once. The other defended attacks where all normal.

my attack does that occasionally (almost doubles)

lol, sounds like an ascended blessing... maybe something got copied over in the code, ill poke admin =)

LOL or someone didn't figure out that you MS is doing abit of WORK

you over power him so much that it does add to your defence, however it may be a bug in that it doesn't display that it added to your defence because your the defender.

My strike on my MS isnt as high as my defense. Also it was massed and I hadnt rebuilt the strike on it at all. Anyways, it happened again and this player can confirm it if he wishes...

In this case his MS overpowered mine and added to his offense.

spied him after that and his def was cca half of that 17b

Lol HE, that was exactly my first thought when Angels PM'ed me about this. I thought "great, another noob that doesn't know about MS adding power to your strike and defence."

But now this is 100% confirmed on several people that defence randomly doubles at atleast a 1%+ rate. I did not pay attention to my strike though.
