this may seem noobish but

what do the special technologies actually do

cuz really i have no idea

can anyone help me out by letting me know

i know this may be a dupe but i cant find it anywhere

Unfortunately, I don't know If there even are race special technologies after you ascend. I think everyone has the same techs with slightly dif names after you ascend. So they aren't very special.

and yeh this should go in the noob sub forum.

when you reach prophet you get ascended blesiing wich doubles attack every 1 in 20 hits

well with the asgard tehy have the hologram thing (friken anoying)
the others have got to do something

they basically add to your attack, defense, covert and MS values

can you be more specific on that for me please, like what it does for each race

Asgard hologram is one of the most irritating aspects of the game, more so when you waste 60 turns getting 4 in a row and then another 15 to get the naq you want. I once got 10 in 20 attacks when I raided someone. Fortunately it was a decent sized raid.

Tauri's ability is to attack and return without losing any units regardless of the def you are up against. e.g you attack someone with 20bill def so would normally lose units but when the tech kicks in you lose none

The reps special tech in action is having killed units rebuild themselves. e.g 1000 die and 100 come back to life so you only lose 900. Not sure what the Gould one is though, and it would be nice to know the odds of the techs occuring......

hmm... it is
replicator has like 10-20% (dpnt remember exactly) added to covert
tauri has 10-20% added to strike and the no losses thing
goauld has the % of unit killed revive and 10% income bonus
asgard has the hologram and 10% added to defece

replicator has somthin else too, but i dont remember it.
