I have seen simular, but its troubling for beginers who get farmed almost non-stop to even understand what kind of delima they put themselves in. Hoopefully you sent a nice PM informing them what statu the have allowed their account to become.

why would you feel guilty mate, you gave him the oppertunity to rectify his status that he unknowningly placed himself into, times are troubling and with it comes all the burden we must all face when we allow ourselves to be placed upon them.

you have to give them a chance to correct their mistake
