recently i recive a messege from someone who declare peace to me...
my question is, If i declare war to someone or neutral or if y rejet his peace he recive a messege with my accion against him???

if you declare war,peace or netrul with anyone they get a message

you cant reject someones peace but you can still attack them

yeah had a guy at war with me for 3 months then i got in the top 100 and got a neutral off him lol he is now my farm
