if someone abondons a planet in perg is it possible to find it by somebody in normal?

when some1 drops a planet, will it have 0 def or the amount of def used to drop it?

If it is abandoned with 1 mill defense facilities on it, it is found with the same.

well.. it could be done this way:
planet name is "0" if someone else finds it increments the number in the planet's name and abandons it. the game is played till the planet is in my hands. i'd like to know how many times it changed owners.

You can't change the name of the planet till it's been in your hands 24hours.
