They have stolen a planet & just let it go!!

Having a look around that ID range I could tell that the account is/was only 6 days old.
Another account very close to that ID has 9 army size with a 1 UP/day. Seeing as accounts begin with 3 army size it clearly shows that the account would have been 6 days old.

Sounds suspicious - very few new accounts will be able to afford a MS with fleet to take a planet in such a short time. Also, create an account, build MS with fleet, take planet, delete account.
Just doesn't feel right. My guess would be someone with a grudge, but who doesn't want you to know who he is.

Yeah and if they are clever (which a lot of cheats aren't) they would have used a different IP or even asked a friend to do it from their own house. But as I said, if they are clever......
