Oldest,smallest account ingame

In spirit of all those topics like "You still enjoying this game,"are you bored","old school" etc lets have a little competition of finding the oldest and at the same time also the smallest account there is.It doesnt need to be an active one it just need to have an old and I mean really old ID on it.
For all those nostalgic feelings and memories you get when your browsing for whatever reason throu attack page,things like when Omega was feared (not that today isnt,but you get my point),when massing really counted for something,when you looged in like a nOOb,when dead UUs were counted in thousands,bloody sunday etc.etc.
So in spirit of all this I give an award to a person who finds the oldest and smallest account there is.I give 250 bill for it and there is no legit reason that anyone else shouldnt chip in for reward.
First comes size,then age,then stats.So if you find something like this
ID 5741 and army size over 190 mill
and someone else finds this one
ID 15184 281,194
Its normal the one that will win will be with second option.Well rules are a lill bit vague but I think the winner will be known...and to be honest there wont be a masacre over those 250 bill(chip in) so let the game beggin
