How do you join an alliance?

I have played a few turned based games like this in the past but just started playing this one yesterday. I have a pretty good grasp as to how the game works. I went from a rank of 46000 to aroind 5100 in less than a day. Now the games I played before, when your rank started rising you started to get a target on your back. I know being part of an alliance makes you stronger and safer. I am tauri and would prefer to be invited by a tauri alliance. My name is Busterrudd. If you PM me, only send ligitamate offers. Thanks.
