i am in the 5 points per turn ranking, 100ish area, but when on crit nox i should be getting 4 points per turn right? since nox costs 1 G&R point per turn. it seems like i am getting negative points b/c when i check again, i have less G&R points that when i started on it.

You gain no GnR when on nox+crit you only lose it. The 5 does not counter the -1 / turn

that blows.
