Well a while a go I petitioned to get a debate section with Smooshable this would have a debating league and a space for general discussions where I would happily watch over.

However, after several times of requesting some needed changes and other specifics they have all fallen on death ears...

SO.... I will write them here, bump this topic from time to time and hope that the changes will come about soon.

1. The debate section needs to be two sub sections. One for the Official league, judged, debates and one for the general intelligent discussion topics (of which there are many active at the moment.)

2. I need the ability to sticky topics, I do not at the moment. As I need some non debating league rules stickied and a good debate from time to time etc etc... At the moment I am pretty much acting on whim with the potential for complaints and I need to make a more clear set of 'discussion', non judged, debating rules to be stickied, but there is no point making the topic if it just falls beyond reading level.

3. Rampant is no longer active, and Tom Twin has changed his account.
I will ask if you could please replace Tom twin with Tyber Zann (actually the same guy...) and I will find a third judge and inform you on a later date of who I think it should be, and then of course let the new admins decide.

These changes will make the debate section easier to use for both me and the regular patrons and also generally give me a chance to clean up the section and not have hotly debated topics eating up viewing time deserved for an official debate between two teams. It might also allow me to necromance the latter idea as it would have a more distinct placing.

Thanks. I am back, had a brief lapse in forum activity there because of internet problems. All sorted now (although I wont be massing anyone any time soon due to speed lol...)

Yes, I shall have a list to you Bazsy in the hour. Should only be two or three, as I can handle that part of the forum easily enough myself most of the time, just needed those updates!
