Based on two episodes?
Best season so far, hands down.

No kidding, and sadly Heroes isn't that kind of show that you can just start watching after three episodes have aired, you need to see them all.

you should burn at the stake!
Seriously, what turned you off from it?
To me Heroes is like Lost to others, I love the plot structure entirely and how it has a variety of character types.
Bad acting for one. Too many main characters for another.
Also, it's just too OTT for me. Initially the story was confusing - as though the writers didn't actually know where they wanted to go with it - then it just seemed that there wasn't any real point to it at all.
And hero type stuff has been done to death over recent years: Spiderman, Superman, Hulk, X-Men, Fantastic 4, Iron Man, Jumper, Hellboy, even Unbreakable & LXG! etc, etc.
I much prefer Lost - although I even got annoyed with that in the last series. So, 24 and SGA are the top 2 series for me atm (24:Exile, coming soon).

They are people with special abilities - in that respect it's exactly like the rest (X-Men in particular). The fact that they don't have fancy costumes as a disguise is immaterial.

Anyway, it's simply not as good as I thought it was going to be - ultimately I think it's been overthought, with too many twists.

We don't get the first episode here (Aus) until Thursday. At least its being fast-tracked from the US for once, some shows we get are over a year old before they show.
The special with the sneak peaks was on last night. Looks as though its gonna be awesome.

Now having watched the first two seasons, I can say with confidence that it is infact a cheap knock off of The 4400.
ROFL!

And now in the third season, it isso much better than the The 4400.

what a horrible finale episode for volume 3
Sylar turning to his evil ways, suresh back to normal, hiro comes back to the present, newly introduced villian dead. Almost like they rebooted back to the beginning of volume 3. I also expected a fight between nathan and peter >.> This volume didnt end w/ any big twist like volumes 1-2.
the 4400 had promise, but those writers really srewed that show up.
The 4400 > The Cheap Clone AKA Heroes

Yeah, it was pretty damn weak, I hate it when serial dramas do that. -_-
Which also happens to be the reason I hated Continuum, while it was a decent stand alone movie it did NOTHING for the franchise....
